200 LBS to 125 LBS!! MY 12 MONTH WEIGHT LOSS IN PICTURES
One year of pictures to document my 75 lbs of weight loss over 12 months. I lost the weight with the use of Weight Watchers and exercising 3-5 times a week. I am now on my journey with weight maintainence. I am also living a vegetarian life.

Been working on slimming down myself, need to lose about 20 lbs to be at my ideal weight. Seeing someone lose this much from just hard work and dieting is fantastic. I think i’m going to do an extra workout today just because of how inspired I am.
I do have to agree with some people though, you don’t need to lose anymore weight. 130-135 is perfect!
i think 130-35 is the ideal weight for you. u r beautiful but please do not go under 130 u look a little bit sick…..good work though this is the best video i have seen…

HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat low “GI” carbs throughout the day)
2) Choose exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls)
Ex. Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc.
3) Perform “HIIT” to boost metabolism.

I think you looked best around 140. 125 is so tiny for your height! But hey, huge accomplishment either way. Congrats!
do you have any tips on what exatly you did to lose weight. as far as how you ate. what type of excersing you did. please respond. you look amazing. and im trying to get back down to that size

I’m not gonna lie… you were rockin’ that bathing suit at 200 pounds tho. I also want to get down to 125, but everyone is saying that I would look too skinny. I’m 150 now…
wow, this is extremely inspiring. There’s not too many woman that can loose THAT much weight and pull it off looking like they are naturally that thin.
