Does it cause any pain to joints for doing it to much? I read something about that and got scared. I don’t want to break something …

@realweightsolution: Jump from side to side, jump from front to back. Try and do 180 turns. Jump and pull knees up. Jump and spread legs to the side like a split. Jump and try and do straight leg toe touches. Jump and fall on your butt and bounce back up. Jump, fall to your knees and bounce back up.

@ShinySilverBunny The eye is an organ like any other and rebounding flushes, detoxifies and strengthens every cell and organ in the body. There are exercises you can do on the rebounder that strengthen the eyes too. Google it. Also Pinhole Trainer glasses are AMAZING and are really helping to bring back my eyesight, which has become a bit blurry recently. Happy bouncing!! :) )) x x x

I have a question, I own a mini trampoline and would like to lose 20lbs by using it, now my question here is, is it possible to eliminate those 20lbs by exercising on the trampoline daily for 30mins a day ? and how long would t take me? to lose exactly?
